This is the best medical drama which I've been watched. I would recommend you could buy the movie series.

Medical Dragon Team (医龍- Iryū) is about Japanese medical care written by Akira Nagai and drawn by Taro Nogizaka, under medical supervision by Mie Yoshinuma. It has been adapted into the television drama Iryu, and Iryu 2.

Team Medical Dragon is a manga that revolves around a genius surgeon by the name of Asada Ryutaro. His methods have made him somewhat a renegade in the eyes of most Japanese doctors. Team Medical Dragon reveals the "illness" of the Japanese hospitals and how their system is not designed to help the planet.

Ryutaro Asada, a renegade but brilliant surgeon, was being framed for a misdiagnosis and let go by the North Japanese Hospital. He went into exile and lived in a seaside shack when he was visited by Akira Kato, assistant professor of the Faculty of Cardiac Surgery at Meishin University Medical Hospital.

Despite being a female doctor, Akira managed to become an assistant professor. She was ambitious and set her goal to be promoted to full professor by succeeding in a surgery using the Batista technique — an extremely difficult type of heart surgery — and to write a paper on it. A year ago, Akira witnessed Ryutaro's skills when he was an NGO doctor and was impressed enough to seek his assistance in the Batista technique.

This drama exposed the difficulties encountered in the rigid Japanese medical professions in treating patients whereby decisions made were based more on protecting the hospitals than the patients.

Tasks

Today when you logon to the Pet Society, you will receive a mail told you that the tutorial have been change to tasks basics. It has create task for you and your pet to achieve. For example: go to the chest get food feed your pet or play with you pet. You will earn coins and free item after you have complete the tasks. So even if you’ve been playing for while and have finished the tutorial before you can still complete them. Barn Buddy in Facebook

Barn Buddy is a farm game which you could grow your own crops and sell them for coins.  It is similar to Happy Farm, Happy Harvest.  You could help your friend to kill the bug or remove the weed or water your friend’s crops.  Also, you could put bug, weed or steal the crops from your friend’s farm as well but be careful if they have a dog in their farm.  You could expand your when you reach certain level.  But make sure you have enough coin as well.  It is fun.  But you could not prevent your friend to steal your crops if you do not have a dog help you.  You could get a free dog by invite 10 friends and their join the game.  Another way is you need to pay for Barn Buddy credit 40,000 to get a dog.

It is very surprise me that, it link to our birthday whicn they will send you a birthday cake when you logon to Barn Buddy in your birthday.  It is a nice birthday cake.  It will has option for you to either want to keep it 7 days or sell it immediately which will has income 10,000.  Also, they will provide you 1,000 Barn Buddy coin as well

Do you like fish?  This is another game which you could find in the Facebook.  Nowadays, our house has limited space to keep an aquarium and also, the aquarium need to clean often to let our fish have good living environment.  Fish World could help you. :)

This is a very simple game which you could play it with your kids.  Just purchase some fish from the menu.  After than just feed the food to the fish.  The fish will grow at your tank.  You could buy plant or decoration things from the shop to decorate your tank in order to increase your fishes happiness.

 

Also, make sure you will wash your tank, else your tank will get dirty.  You could help your friend to clean their tank and get the coin and experience.  If your fish has been growth enough, you could sell your fish with the price which state in the shop.  You could sell your fish anytime but the price will depends how big is your fish.

When you have enough money, you could buy a new tank.  By default it will automatically give you 2 tanks when you are start the game.  1 new tank will cost you 500 coin.  So try it by yourself now.

Tips: If you have any friend send you any a fish world gift, after you have accept, you will see a gift sign in your right bottom.  You add the gift to the tank and you will see the gift is disable for you to click again.  Here is a bug in Fish World.  You go to Shop –> Received Gifts, you will see that your gift is there and you could add to any tank without any limit.  So, when I lack of $, I will add alot gift to my tank and sell it.  So I will have $ to buy fish again.

This is just for sharing.  As we know that when we visit to our neighbor's house to tell a joke or dance, or hug and etc, we will able to earn 20 coins per day.  You also could get the coin when playing Skipping rope, Frisbee or Ball.  But do you know that when you walk to tree, you will get 1 coin as well from some of the tree?  Just click on the tree and your pet will walk to the tree and you will get 1 coin.  So when I lack of coin and lazy to play the ball, frisbee or skipping rope, I will let my pet walk to the tree to get the coin.  Even that is less, but better than none :)

Another way is left your pet in a shop for sometime, then just exit that shop.  You will see it will less energy, less happiness and less hygiene.  When you give food to your pet, it will increate 17 experience.  Also, when you help your pet bath, you will get some coin as well.  So you could try and see.

Everyday by looking at the news, I will feel sad.  The is few cases for new born baby who has only reach this world few months only and cause of H1N1 and death.  The virus is spread fast, so we need to be more care on taking care our family members.  If any of them have below symptoms, please wear the masks and consult your doctor to seek for immediate medical  care.  Protect yourself and protect your family.

For the baby or children, they are not able to explain how they are feeling it, so the important thing is keep an eye out for children who are having difficulty breathing.   If any small children or other in high risk groups, any of following serious warning signs, need to seek for immediate emergency medical care

• Fast breathing or trouble breathing, Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
• Pain or pressure in the chest or abdomen
• Bluish or gray skin color
• Not drinking enough fluids
• persistent Vomiting
• Not waking up or not interacting

• Being so irritable that the child does not want to be held

• Wash your hand with soap frequently – the virus can live for up to 2 hours on surfaces like doorknobs, telephones and etcs.

I like those time management game which we could build a city, farm, hospital and etc. Farm Frenzy is a fun game which you could try it out. It is a good time management game to exercise your brain how to make more money, how to earn more star in order to upgrade the building or those assets you have (eg: warehouse, car). It requires strategy and makes you think how to manage your time to ensure your animal do not get attack by those fierce animals.

It has a map in the main page. It has different tasks at each level which you need to achieve. Such as feeding chicken to produce a certain number of eggs or feed certain number of chicken. Always, the new level is more challenging than the last. so you must increase the capacity of your warehouse and improve the performance of your production facilities and transportation.

Farm Frenzy is as stimulating as the real thing, only you won't have to experience the nasty smells! You will be required to invest the money you earn in new equipment. For example, building a cheese dairy which will allows you to process your milk on the spot and make even more cash!

On the Farm Frenzy farm, you have more than 10 animal you could buy to help you achieve in the level. You need to feed chickens, sheep, cows and use the eggs, wool and milk to sell at the market. Each product has different price, like eggs only cost 10 coin. You could buy/upgrade your building to let it work faster and

How to play

It just need think and click. Easy to play. For example: Buy a chicken, grow the grass, collect the eggs, stocking up in warehouse and shipping goods off to market. See the right bottom box, it is the goal you need to achieve every level.

Also, you could buy a cat help you to collect the product (eggs, milk, wool) and buy a dog help you to protect your animal or you could keep on click on the bear to build the cage it. Once it is in the cage, you are to get it into the warehouse and you could sellit in market which you could earn $.

Tips

1. From my experience, always expand/upgrade the warehouse and building. It will help you to keep more items and the building will help you to product more product.
2. Also truck also important on the speed of deliver the product to the market.
3. Try to plant the grass as nearer to the bottom (somewhere near the warehouse) as possible in order to have more time for getting the bears into the cages.
4. If you got enough $, must buy cat. It will helps you a lot. Cost $2500
5. If you want to upgrade the building, just play the earlier levels over and over until you get enough starts to upgrade it.
6. For the Farm Frenzy 3, you will have fitting room which you could take the bear to the fitting room and earn more $. 1 bear could sell $7,000 which you will have more $ to achieve your goal.
7. You could heard the sound or see the shadow when the bear is coming. By the time, stand by to click it as soon as you can. Bear need more space to keep, so that is the reason why need to expand the warehouse. Once the warehouse is full, then the bear you catch will run away from the cage or the product will not able to keep in the warehouse. It will waits for several seconds if it doesn’t get in to the warehouse.

Are you thinking this game is a little bit childish? No, it will be fun for both kids and adults. The game is bright and challenging.

This is another game I have played last year which I would like to share.  The goal for this game is like the name - “Build a lot”.  Buy the land and build the house as soon as you can.  This is another good time management or casual game. 

How to play

The interface turns almost every chore into a one-click action,  you will able to focus on managing money, materials, workers, repairs and blueprints without distraction. To build a house all you have to do is click on an empty lot and then select the construction of what kind of building you want to build.  You could see the level goal in the right top screen.  

Income is based on the value of each lot you own, so upgrading houses to a more lavish setting will increase the rent and raise your cash flow. 

You must looking at your material make sure you have enough material to continue build or upgrade your house.  Also, sometime you may need to hire 1 or more worker help you on the construction.  

Different level will have different special tasks to achieve.  Some level will request you to build a Workshop, Library, Post Office and etc, which will not have any monthly rental but the value will add after you have complete the game.  Before construct any type of house or building, you need to buy a blue print.

In the goals, sometime it same that need 4 house, but you only have 3 lands by default.  Then you need to buy a land or house when there has someone would like to sell it.  Your success as a real estate mogul depends on the choices you make, and Build-a-lot throws some tough ones at you each level. Empty lots and complete houses pop on the market at seemingly random times and must be purchased quickly before they fade. But what if you don't have the cash? Even if you did, should you expand or focus on improving your current properties? Micro decisions such as this spill into managing your workforce and materials and add up to a game with a surprising amount of strategy.

Below is the table for you to reference for the building/rental cost by each type of house.

Tips:

1. Upgrade house to more starts are more profitable.  So always upgrade your house to be more star.  You will get more rental.
2. Always upgrade your house before it get the rental.  Else you will miss it.
3. If you have build a workshop, then you will get 50% discount on hiring a worker.

Stress

“Stress” – this is not a new word for everyone. Everyone has their own stress from the job, life, relationship and etc. It can comes from everywhere. The important thing is how do you reduce or release your stress. If we do not know how to reduce or release, it might cause some problem for your life.

Sometime, due to stress, it could cause our personality change – emotion, attitude, habits… Please never stress yourself. It may seem that there’s nothing you can do about your stress level. The bills aren’t going to stop coming, there will never be more hours in the day for all your errands, and your career or family responsibilities will always be demanding. But you have a lot more control than you might think. In fact, the simple realization that you’re in control of your life is the foundation of stress management.

First of all, we need to identify where is our stress come from. Ask yourself below question:

• What caused your stress.
• How you felt, both physically and emotionally.
• How you acted in response.
• What you did to make yourself feel better.

To identify your true sources of stress, look closely at your habits, attitude, and excuses:

• Do you explain away stress as temporary even though you can’t remember the last time you took a breather?
• Do you define stress as an integral part of your work or home life or as a part of your personality
• Do you blame your stress on other people or outside events, or view it as entirely normal and unexceptional?

Managing stress is not easy. It is all about taking charge: taking charge of your thoughts, your emotions, your schedule, your environment, and the way you deal with problems. The ultimate goal is a balanced life, with time for work, relationships, relaxation, and fun – plus the resilience to hold up under pressure and meet challenges head on.

Stress management starts with identifying the sources of stress in your life. This isn’t as easy as it sounds. Your true sources of stress aren’t always obvious, and it’s all too easy to overlook your own stress-inducing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Sure, you may know that you’re constantly worried about work deadlines. But maybe it’s your procrastination, rather than the actual job demands, that leads to deadline stress.

Once the stress has bee identified, we need to find a healthy way to reduce/release it. Never try the unhealthy way, such as smoke, get drunk, using pills or drugs to relax, Taking out your stress on others (like physical violence, angry outbursts). Learn the way how to manage it

• Learn how to say “no” – Know your limits and stick to them no matter in your personal or professional life. Refuse to accept added responsibilities when you’re close to reaching them.
• Avoid people who stress you out – if someone consistently causes stress in your life and you can’t turn the relationship around, limit the amount of time you spend with that person or end the relationship.
• Take control of your environment – turn off the TV if the evening news make you anxious. If traffic’s got you tense, then avoid go to anywhere at that time. Escape a while from the environment which make you stress
• Express your feelings instead of bottling them up – voice out your feelings.
• Be willing to compromise – if you ask someone to change their behavior, be willing to do the same for yourself.
• Manage your time better – Plan ahead and make sure you don’t overextend yourself.
• Reframe problems – Try to view stressful situations from a more positive perspective. Rather than fuming about a traffic jam, look at it as an opportunity to pause and regroup, listen to your favorite radio station or enjoy some alone time
• Adjust your standards – Perfectionism is major source of avoidable stress. Stop setting yourself up for failure by demanding perfection. Set reasonable standards for yourself and others and learn to be ok with ‘good enough’
• Focus on the positive – take a moment to reflect on all the things you appreciate in your life including your own positive qualities and gifts.
• Learn to forgive – Accept the fact that we live in an imperfect world and that people make mistakes. Free yourself from negative energy by forgiving and moving on
• Share your feelings – Talk to your trusted friend or make an appointment with a therapist.
• Don’t try to control the uncontrollable – Many things in our life are beyond our control. Rather than stressing out over them, focus on the things you can control.
• Set aside relaxation time – Include rest and relaxation in your daily schedule. Or by quarterly take a trip with family outside of town. This is your time for you to recharge your energy.
• Do something you enjoy everyday – Like playing piano, hiking, dancing
• Keep your sense of humor – The act of laughing helps your body fight stress in a number of ways.

Pet Society - Fishing

Today when I played the Facebook Pet Society. It has a new feature come out. The Pet can go to fishing at somewhere near their house. I’ve enjoyed the fishing few hours with run out of coin now.

That is very simple and you could try

If you are thinking that different food will attack different type of fish, then you are wrong. I fished with an apple for bait, and I get a star fish, Silver Arowana, star fish baby doll and etc. I use lemon and get a dogfish.

Wah... Today my new catch - Sheepfish. I never see it in our real world

Here’s a running list of Fish and Bait which I’ve compiled, which i get from the internet and some is the fish I get by using different bait like apple, lemon, meat, juice and etc. As you can see, there seems to be very little rhyme or reason to this. More expensive items do not necessarily lead to better fish. I believe by using expensive item to fishing, it will have higher % to get the fish rather than getting the soda can, fish bone. So, try your luck today.  You might get some different fish out of my list. :)

Once the fish is caught, it can only be stored in your chest or in an aquarium or you can sell it with just few coin only. Aquariums are available at the Garden Store. As of July 24, 2009, fish cannot be eaten by your pets. They are just for decoration. You could buy different size of aquarium from the store and put in your fish. My Aquariums is full now and lack of money to buy another one.

Also, if you caught old boot, empty bottle, broken bottle those unused thing, you could get it recycle and get the recycle point. Each item list above could recycle 10 point. So that you could accumulate your recycle point by using this method.

Tips for Catching Fish in Pet Society:

First, read the directions below the pond.

When you receive a bite, click and hold your pet to start reeling in the fish. You’ll know you have a bite when there is a splash in the water. Release a little when the fish struggles. You’ll know the fish is struggling when there are bubbles in the water and your pet scrunches his/her face. Do not fight with the fish. Let go for a moment until the water is calm. Then click again and reel the fish in. The fish will struggle a couple more times. Repeat steps 3-4 as you reel the fish closer toward you. Different food items will attract different types of fish. Since you might not catch a fish the first time around, try practicing with cheap items (banana, apple, corn, etc.) until you master the skill. See part 2 of this post for a list of bait and fish.

Remember, do not fight with the fish. If you try too hard, the fish will go away. Hmm, that sounds like classic dating advice. The fish will only stay hooked if you pretend every once in a while that you don’t want it!

Recently I have tried to find that what is the most popular online store for Malaysian to sell their product online. Compare with China, here is less choice and not convenient as what other country doing. May be until today, most of Malaysian still not familiar open an online store.

The term "Webshop" also refers to a place of business where web development, web hosting and other types of web related activities take place. Buying online introduced new ways of reducing costs by reducing the number of staff needed. It is a more effective way of getting products to people and spreading into different demographics.

Benefits of online shopping

1. Bargaining power of consumers. They enjoy a wider choice
2. Supplier power. It is more difficult for consumers to manage a non-digital channel.
3. Internet increases commoditization
4. Threat of new entrants. Online means it is easier to introduce new services with lower over-heads
5. Threat of substitutes
6. Rivalry among competitors. It is easier to introduce products and services to different markets

Concern

Although the benefits of online shopping are considerable, when the process goes poorly it can create a thorny situation. A few problems that shoppers potentially face include identity theft, faulty products, and the accumulation of spy ware. Most large online corporations are inventing new ways to make fraud more difficult, however, the criminals are constantly responding to these developments with new ways to manipulate the system. Even though these efforts are making it easier to protect yourself online, it is a constant fight to maintain the lead. It is advisable to be aware of the most current technology and scams out there to fully protect yourself and your finances.

One of the hardest areas to deal with in online shopping is the delivery of the products. Most companies offer shipping insurance in case the product is lost or damaged; however, if the buyer opts not to purchase insurance on their products, they are generally out of luck. AUCTIONS

Auctions are a great way to sell things as you sometimes get more than you expect.

• eBay

The most recognizable website for online buying and selling is, of course, eBay. The online auction site has been available in Malaysia since 2004 and has been gaining in popularity over the years.

Registration is free and eBay Malaysia does not charge insertion fees or final value fees. However, the site will charge you if you want to add an extra picture or subtitles for the item you are selling.

• Note: It is important to have multiple views of any item, particularly for expensive products where it is best to have high-resolution pictures from different angles to increase the chances of finding an interested buyer.

eBay owns PayPal and it is one of the more popular ways to pay. PayPal allows the buyer to transfer money from his credit card or bank account (note: In Malaysia only credit cards are allowed) to a PayPal account and then send payment to the seller’s PayPal account without exchanging sensitive financial information.

In Malaysia, however, once the money has been transferred to the sellers PayPal account, the money cannot be withdrawn from a bank and can only be credited into your credit card account.

Other payment methods include bank transfers and cash on delivery.

Advanced users hoping to start a side business online may want to consider signing up for an eBay store.This allows users who meet the requirements to create their own customizable eBay page and even gives them the option of selling fixed price items. Setting up a store will incur an extra monthly fee and only users with a fixed number of ratings and verifications will be eligible to rent one.

• Lelong.com.my

Another auction site that is popular amongst the local audience is Lelong.com.my. The site is fashioned much like eBay and even has a similar user rating system.

Established locally, it is a lot more Malaysia-centric as there are options to pay specifically via Maybank2u and shows which state in Malaysia the item is in.

Lelong is also pushing its virtual stores to people who meet its rating requirements. You need to pay RM168 as annual fees for your own page and store logo as well as an inventory mechanism provided by the site. Again, this is for advanced users looking to take online selling to the next level.

Lelong also does not charge fees on items sold on its site. You are only charged if you wish to add more than one picture.

• Note: The best way to get around paying too much for extra pictures on eBay and Lelong is to take several photos and merge them into one picture as effectively as possible.

FIXED PRICES

There are websites which allow you to sell things at a fixed price to any interested party. The difference here is that you have the prerogative to sell to whomever you please, not necessarily to the highest bidder who may not have hiked the price to a satisfactory level.

• Lowyat.net

Arguably the most popular fixed price website is Lowyat.net. This website deals primarily with electronics such as computers and computer parts, MP3 players, speakers, and essentially anything that requires some form of electric energy to operate.

The site is free to sign up and it is probably the most straight to the point for selling stuff. It is forum based so you can ask questions immediately and a private messaging system for more detailed inquiries.

The site offers trade at no cost at all as there are no charges for extra pictures, (although the quantity is limited) or a final value fee. Reputation as well as amount of items sold will be taken into account in assessing a user’s reliability.

• mySimplifieds.com

A relative newcomer to the realm of online trade is Digi Telecommunication’s mySimplifieds.com.

Launched in February, it hopes to offer Malaysians yet another venue to buy and sell their items. Advertised as a classifieds website, this site allows users to advertise a wide range of products and even extends to property. Many houses, apartments and rooms are up for sale or rent on Digi’s site within months of its launch.

Currently, registration and usage is completely free and it remains to be seen whether that is subject to change. The site offers some interesting services such as a built-in Facebook feature designed to notify your friends about your posting. Also, links to YouTube will be allowed for further product or property demonstration via video.
